“What does this feel like?” he asked Richard without turning to face him.

“Depends.” Richard’s hands hovered over Sam’s hips before falling lightly against his t-shirt.

“On?” He stroked his hand back up to the looped handle and pulled it from the hook.

“Lots of things.” Richard’s voice was coarse and his fingers flexed into Sam’s hips. “Mood. Partner. Timing.” He leaned down so his mouth was inches from Sam’s ear. “Want.”

Sam dropped the crop to the floor.
