BLURB:

A beautiful debutante in Regency London seems destined to make a good match. But the Somerset sisters have made courtship and matrimony a deliciously scandalous affair…

Hyacinth Somerset’s debut is the most anticipated event of the season, as it will be the reclusive young lady’s first public appearance. But within moments of being asked to dance by a dashing stranger, Hyacinth calls him a murderer, then faints dead away! Now all the ton is a aflutter over Hyacinth’s baffling shun of their most intriguing newcomer—the wildly handsome Lachlan Ramsey…

Recently arrived from Scotland, Lachlan only wishes to claim his place in society to secure his sister’s future. When that is threatened by the accusations of a hapless slip of a girl, he will do anything protect his family. Yet it appears Hyacinth has only damaged her own hopes, inspiring the label of hysteric—and ultimately inspiring Lachlan to shelter her from harm. Now if only there were a defense for the surge of feeling he has every time Hyacinth turns her gaze his way. If only there were a way to make her his—while keeping the true secret in his past from destroying everything—and everyone—he cares about…

**More or Less a Temptress may be read and enjoyed as a standalone regency romance!

ENJOY THIS SNEAK PEEK AT HYACINTH AND LACHLAN!

Lachlan wrapped his fingers around her wrist and drew her hand away from his face. “I told you never to sacrifice yourself for me again.”

“Yes.” It was the simple truth, and Hyacinth didn’t try to deny it.

His eyes grew darker, and his hands clenched into fists. “Why, then?”

Why. She wanted to say, because it wasn’t a sacrifice. She wanted to say, because I’d do anything to keep you from being hurt again. She wanted to say, because I didn’t have a choice.

She wanted to say, you already know why.

In the end, she didn’t say any of those things. Or perhaps she said them all, just in far fewer words. “Because I love you, Lachlan.”

And oh, it was so easy to say it. She’d thought it would be difficult—she’d been afraid she’d hesitate, or stammer—but then those words had been hovering on her lips almost since the first moment she saw him. They’d been poised on her tongue, just waiting for her to speak them aloud.

His mouth opened, and his throat worked, but no sound emerged.

A tremor shot through her at his silence, but she’d said what was in her heart. She wouldn’t take it back, even if she could. Hyacinth gathered her courage, stepped closer, and buried her face against his chest.

He smelled so good, like fresh air and the outdoors, and something else, something earthy, like…heather. Scottish heather, woody and mossy, with just a faint hint of honeysuckle. She pressed her face into his neck, inhaled deeply, and wondered if one could become drunk on a scent.

A scent, or a smile, or a man’s gentle hands…

“Go to bed, Hyacinth.” He reached behind him, grasped her wrists, and tugged her hands away. “Tomorrow, when we see Finn, you’ll tell him the truth, and answer every question he asks. Do you understand me? You won’t sacrifice yourself for me—or for Isla or Ciaran—again.”

He was staring down at her, his face so hard and still Hyacinth’s nerve nearly failed her. The other Hyacinth—the timid one—wanted to run from the room then, but she could feel his struggle in the tremble of his body, in every harsh, labored breath he drew.

He wanted her as much as she wanted him. Tonight, that was enough.

“I’m not going to bed.” She slid her hands over his chest to his shoulders and worked his coat down his arms. His breath caught when it fell to the floor with a heavy thud, then it stopped in his chest when she loosened the buttons of his waistcoat, dragged it off him, and tossed it to the floor.

“Don’t.” He caught her wrists in his hands again to stop her, but Hyacinth heard the pleading note hidden in the gruff command, and she saw the way his eyes darkened as he stared down at her.

He held her fast, refusing to free her wrists, so Hyacinth leaned forward and pressed her mouth to the hollow of his throat. She felt his gasp, the convulsive movement of his throat against her lips as he tried to swallow back a moan.

“Let go of my hands, Lachlan,” she murmured against his heated skin.

“No, damn you.” He was fighting to catch his breath. “You’re not wasting yourself on me.”

His words were lost in another gasp as she opened her mouth and grazed her teeth lightly over his throat. “Waste myself? No, Lachlan. It’s not a waste to give myself to the man I love.”

“No. You can’t love me. I won’t let you.” But even as he protested, his body was straining toward her, every muscle tensed with need. “You can’t love me, leannan.”

She laughed softly as she dragged her tongue around the curve of his ear. She nipped his earlobe, then moved lower to trail hot kisses over the bare skin revealed by the open neck of his shirt. “It’s too late, you stubborn, foolish man.”

Excerpt
“What are you willing to give me?” Because I want it all.
“I’m undecided.” I hate the look on his face. It’s fear,
he’s afraid I’ll hurt him again.
“So just tell me to stop when I cross a line. I’ll only go
as far as you trust me to go. Deal.” He nods his head hesitantly as my hand
finds the top button of his shirt, I undo it slowly making my way to each
before his shirt is completely undone. I only stop to briefly trace the tattoo
on his chest. God, I missed this body. His twelve pack casts a heavy shadow
from beneath the shirt and I run my fingers over his rock-hard stomach and up
to his chest, leaning in to kiss the tattooed area.
“This okay?” I ask from pressed lips against his chest
pulling back to look into his eyes.
“Fucking you isn’t my problem. It’s what to do with you
after.” Smacking his drink down on the bar top he puts his hands on my waist,
walking me backward away from the bar and then jerks me forward eliciting a
surprised yelp as I’m hoisted over his shoulder. “See that’s the problem”
bringing his hand down on my ass hard, “The way I see it, this is all you get.
I’ll give you my cock but that’s it. That’s the only deal I’ll make with you.
Take it or leave it.” It’s a start.
Without a hesitation I whisper, “Take it. But it won’t be
enough.” He places me back on my feet and looks me up and down, his expression
mirrors my own frustration.
“I hate that fucking outfit. I want you naked. Now.” His
words leave little room for debate.
“What? What’s wrong with my outfit?” I look at him like he’s
lost his mind.
“It restricts access…” crossing his arms he grins, waiting
for me to disrobe.
“I’m not taking off my clothes in the middle of this room.”
He has lost his mind.
“We’re alone and last I checked it’s a fucking sex club.
Take your goddamn clothes off so I can bury my dick inside that tight wet
pussy, Drew.”
I’m fucking dripping the minute he growls at me but I take
all the time in the world, slipping off each shoulder giving my tyrant his own
private show. The more time I take the more his jaw tenses. God, I love riling
this man up.
“You realize the longer you take the harsher the punishment.
I will take out every one of the seconds, on that ass tonight.”
“Promises, promises.” I challenge back. He grabs his cock
adjusting the bulge, groaning with the motion.
“You have ten seconds to get it off then I’m ripping it off
myself.” His demeanor couldn’t be more serious. He will tear this very expensive,
amazing outfit off my body without so much as a second thought.
“Ten.” I start on one of my heels unhitching the ankle
strap.
“Nine.” finishing, I move to the other.
“Eight.” The strap around my ankle gets stuck as I start to
panic. I’m never going to make it. Fuck! I’m so hot, I don’t know which outcome
I want more. His punishment or my victory.
“Seven.” Fuck it, I rip it off my foot and pull down my
right shoulder strap starting to shimmy.
“Six.” I start looking around the room, “Five.” I scope out
where I could go to buy some more time. “Four.” I love this outfit.
“Three.” Son-of-a-bitch.
“Two.” Struggling with the zipper it finally comes loose and
I push my jumpsuit down to my ankles.
“One.”

Shelby Hunt has the
perfect life, married to the perfect man.
At least, that’s what anyone would think, looking at her. They couldn’t
possibly know about the past five years of lonely nights, or the divorce papers

he’s brought home on more than one occasion — often in the form of scary men
with loaded guns and briefcases full of laundered cash.
The truth is, Shelby’s perfect life is starting to feel like a prison…
one she’s not sure she’ll escape from alive…
Special Agent
Conor Gallagher has no time for romance.
As the head of Boston’s elite Organized Crime division, the seasoned
FBI agent is far more interested in tracking down bad guys than
wining-and-dining dates. But when a new case steers him directly into Shelby’s
path, he can’t help the fierce protective instincts that rise up inside
him.
She needs an ally. A protector. Someone to keep her safe until the
fallout from her husband’s criminal activities is contained. But as Conor gets
closer to the plucky brunette, that protectiveness starts to feel a whole lot
like passion… and the more time he spends with her, the harder it is to imagine
ever letting her go…
SO WRONG IT’S
RIGHT is a full-length standalone contemporary romance about a woman desperate
to escape a broken marriage… and the bossy perpetual bachelor who steps in to
keep her safe. Due to sexy-times, strong language, and suspenseful themes, it

Brent Keiser, a certified genius, and forensic accountant work for the FBI mostly because of their awesome retirement plan. Growing up homeless with a ditzy mother can make a guy be a little obsessive in the saving for the future department. But just once, he’d like to get out in the field, maybe actually fire a gun or chase after a bad guy like the other agents. Although, solving crimes with his calculator is statistically much safer, and he’d live to enjoy that house on the beach he saves for each payday.

Sara Chapman used to be a card-carrying member of the Hollywood rich kid pack, but after serving community service, she said goodbye to her spoiled friends. Seeing the plight of the homeless up close and personal gave her a new direction. But that doesn’t deter the annoying paparazzi. Her parents were the famous ones, not her. Sara’s only recent claim to fame was for having the most embarrassing public break up in the history of the entire world. Unfortunately, they don’t give Oscars for those, so she is trying to keep her head down and to stay as far away from single men as possible.

But then Sara becomes unknowingly tangled up in Brent’s money laundering case against her father. When it becomes hard to tell the good guys from the bad, she turns to Brent for help. While on the run for their lives, the built, nerdy accountant with magnificent abs, transforms into her personal superhero. Opposites in almost every way, will Brent see her as his Kryptonite or his Lois Lane?

His Angel by Leah Sharelle

Title: His Angel
Series: Wounded Souls Series, Book Five
Author: Leah Sharelle
Genre: MC/Former Soldier Romance
Release Date: October 30, 2018
“I’m not leaving your side, Memphis. You are my home, Angel, so wherever you are, is where I want to be.”
CREED
Creed Stephens lost his heart when his wife died in an accident that also took the life of his unborn child. He threw himself into his job as a trained sniper, no longer caring about anything other than his team. After one disastrous mission, which left him broken and battered, he entered the real world again. Creed lived only for his club and his position as its road captain. Love was something Creed never wanted to feel again. He knew loss and drowned in it every single day—at least, that was until a brown-haired, sweet, and stubborn goddess insisted on reminding him that loss wasn’t a reason to stop living.

MEMPHIS
Memphis Van Elsen had experienced far too much loss in her young life. She lost her parents, her sister, and her sight. The one person she had left was the only person she loved, the only person she wanted. But how could she compete with a ghost? Did she want to? All she knew was that the deep, aching love she felt for her former brother-in-law made her wish for things she shouldn’t. When a chain of events forced them together, would Memphis be able to make Creed see she can be the one for him, the one to make him smile again? Or would Rogue rip her heart’s desire away from her before she ever got the chance?

I love the idea of being in love. Since my early teens when I first discovered Silhouette Desire novels my life has been all about reading. I would find myself re-writing scenes if I wasn’t happy with them and hiding them under my bed. That led me to writing love stories of my own. They all ended up under the bed and are still there, and there they will stay. I don’t do angst, in fact it drives me crazy.

I am a mum of three beautiful girls, Australian, and have what most say is a weird sense of humor.

I spend my free time doing movie, Sons of Anarchy, and Friends marathons. And reading.

I love Pina Colada’s and getting caught in the rain….. there’s that weird humor.
