Can a trip to the past renew love’s spark?
She’s unlucky in love.
Trina Lancaster is the successful director of the chamber of commerce. She’s expanding the town’s convention center, but construction plans stall due to environmental concerns. The man who broke her heart might be the only one who can help.
Griffin Brooks is a hotshot fireman who secretly longs for a forever commitment. He ended his last relationship before he destroyed the only woman he ever loved. Now, she needs his help. As he struggles to tell her about the spell that keeps him from holding on to true love, he’s already falling hard—again.
When Trina learns of Griffin’s family curse, she realizes she could hold the key to releasing the enchantment. Proud to belong to a family of magicals, Trina’s afraid the magic that could save them could also send Griffin away forever. Can traveling back in time to break the curse renew love’s spark or are the lovers doomed to a happily never after?
If you ask Darcy where she’s from, she’ll tell you Texas despite living in Florida the last 18 years. She still enjoys saying y’all and yee-haw. Ever since Darcy encountered romance novels, her first love has been books. What’s better than intimacy and passion, fights and make-up sessions? And she whole-heartedly believes in the power of love, no matter the kind of love it may be. Growing up Darcy wanted to be a police officer and has great respect for those brave enough to fill those difficult shoes. When she became a single mom at a young age her dream evolved into her writing. Now, she loves to write suspense and mystery with as much law enforcement in her stories as possible.
