I was born only to be a menace to society until I was ratted out and became a menace inside of the walls of the Swift Correctional Facility in Southern California while doing an LWOP sentence. However, freedom came in the form of sacrificing my mortality to become an immortal killer – a kick-ass vamp. In my journey to immortality, my bond with my maker, Dominic Belluomo opens the door to not only great and powerful love, but to be an elite soldier in his Milite Coven. It is my duty to drain those who did me wrong, to protect my coven, and to protect the man who spared my life.
When my thoughts were first overwhelmed with visions of inmate Goad, all I could envision was the resurrection of my love, Kassandra Lillywhite. I chose to sacrifice a young girl’s wasted life for my own selfish reasons-I wanted to feel my love again. However, Kaycee Goad teaches me to be patient and what real love is. She is my mate, she is my elite soldier with a huge IDGAF attitude who could save this dying covenant. Kaycee Goad is my forever love and I do everything in my power to protect what’s mine.

Ankit has lived many lifetimes. Once, long ago, he was made of stone and marked with symbols and sigils meant to safeguard him and allow him to protect and serve others. To change their destiny, they’ll fight together with other gargoyles and a young watcher who is unaware of the tremendous power she possesses. This will be the last battle against their creator, and they’ll either die fighting for their freedom or survive to live the life they’ve always yearned for.

On the eve of my eighteenth birthday, I fell in love with a rock god.
Light-haired, green-eyed, and carved to heavenly perfection. Oliver. He’s the guitarist of Ritual Disruption, and he writes songs that are as devastating as him.
Who would have thought that I, Ivy Abbott, would capture his attention? On tour with my brother’s band, Bleeding Moonlight, I hear what they say about me. Boring, shy, straitlaced. Compared to my famous sibling, I’m nothing special.
After all, what’s more special than being chosen by a god?
But where gods go, demons follow…
Jamie’s shared the stage with Oliver for years, but they’re nothing alike. He’s dark where Oliver’s light. Jamie claims his bandmate is nothing but a fraud who wants to use me and toss me aside. I don’t believe him, no matter how much he insists he only wants to help me. Jamie is an addict who steals kisses and spreads dirty lies.
The man’s features came into focus frame by frame. Long, booted legs crossed at the ankles. Elegant hands resting on black jean-covered thighs. Narrow waist, wide shoulders, and a tattooed neck. My gaze landed on his face, and I froze in place.
He was the most heartbreakingly handsome man I’d ever seen.
I could barely breathe as I took in his blond hair, light brows, and aristocratic features that the boys of my dreams couldn’t hold a candle to. When he tipped his head back to laugh at something the blonde on his right said, my gaze licked along the sharp edge of his jaw as if it were a lollipop, and I’d never tasted sugar before.
Suddenly, he glanced at me and our eyes met. We were still at least ten feet apart, but it was as if the distance between us folded in on itself and shrank to nothing.
I’d never believed in love at first sight. That was something reserved for fairytales and romcoms, not real life. But as I looked at this man, everything inside of me seized in a way I’d never felt before. It was as if my body was telling me everything I’d believed up until now had been a lie.
There was only one truth in this world. And that was him.
The arrogant smile on his face melted away to make room for a tantalizing smirk. Inch by inch, his gaze moved from my face to my collarbones, across my chest, and all the way down to my shoes. When his eyes sprung back up, I prayed that by some act of God, he was as affected as I was.
Dismissing the two girls with a flick of his hand, he placed his elbows on his knees and beckoned me closer with his fingers. My steps moved with the music, each one impossibly loud in my ears, as if counting down moments until nothing would be the same ever again.

Gingerly, I raised my hand, softly knocking on Ben’s door. It opened, revealing a smiling Ben. “I was wondering how long you were going to stand there.”
“You knew I was here?”
He nodded toward the window. “Saw your car pull in a couple of minutes ago. Thought you might need a little bit of time.”
I’m not sure why, but he always seemed to surprise me. “I’d be lying if I didn’t say I was a little nervous. It’s been…well, a long time since I’ve been in a situation like this.”
“I am too,” Ben admitted. “But it’s a good kind of nervous.”
“There’s such a thing?”
Ben chuckled before saying, “Wanna come in? Or are you staying in the hallway all weekend?”
I glanced down at the thinly carpeted floor of the hall. “Well, the hall does look comfy.”
This time, he laughed. Grabbing my shoulder, he pulled, saying, “Get in here.”
I went willingly. He stepped to the side as I walked in. He turned to me the moment the door was closed and smiled. That smile alone was enough to begin to calm my nerves. But then, he stepped into my space, gently placing a hand on either side of my face, and leaned in. “You have nothing to be nervous about,” he whispered. “We go at your pace.”
Relief washed through me. Normally, I was the one who would act first and ask questions later. In this situation, though, I wanted to be sure we did everything the right way. Not jump into things. I certainly didn’t want a repeat of my last failed relationship. Ben seemed to sense that, and I was grateful for it.
I leaned forward, kissing him softly on the lips. I felt him smile against me, alleviating any further hesitation I may have had. I leaned in further, pressing my body against his, and wrapped my arms around his waist. “Thank you for inviting me.”
“Thank you for coming,” he answered, kissing me on the forehead.
I leaned my head against his chest, allowing the warmth of his body to envelope me. His arms tightened around me, gently holding me in place. The beat of his heart was a steady thrum in my ear, washing away any further anxiety I might have had. Everything about this felt right somehow.

So, I tried to get away with a simple, “Hi, I’m Michael.” But, nnnnoooo, that wasn’t an option. So here we go.
Before getting into M/M romance, I was a total nerd. Sci-Fi, fantasy (not THAT. Sword, sorcery, that kind of thing), comics, toys. You name it, if it screamed dork, I probably did it. I was a homodork, and proud.
In addition to that, I’ve dreamed of writing since I was eleven years old when I wrote a truly awful Choose-Your-Own-Adventure. It sold exactly zero copies. My mother may have a copy lying around somewhere. Mothers keep that kind of thing. I also wrote fantasy (Yes, THAT kind: guy meets guy, they fall in love, have the white picket fence and live happily-ever-after)
I would walk into a book store and peruse all two shelves of their gay selection, and would always come away disappointed. The books were depressing, nothing spoke to me about love and happiness.
Then I read one book. I won’t tell you what book, but it had two handsome men and a dog on the cover. I read it in one sitting, and was hooked. I fell in love with the M/M genre to moment I read that first sentence, and I have been in love with it since.
I am astounded at the limitless story potential within one genre. You can literally do anything within the genre, from comedy to paranormal, mystery to sci-fi, fantasy to straight out romance, and everything in between.
Life took control, as it often does, and the dream of writing was put on hold. Then, in November of 2016, I took a leap of faith, and began writing my first novel as part of the National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) competition. The goal of the competition is to write a 50,000-word novel in a thirty-day period.
However, on the advice of a friend, he “pushed through”. And so, in September of 2017, my first novel was be published.
I have always believed in the power of the written word, and the ability for one story to touch the reader in such a way that it can literally change the course of their life. This one book opened up a world of possibilities for a middle-aged guy
from Toledo, Ohio, and is what ultimately led me here. And, I am happy to say, I never looked back.
Just when you think you have it all, everything changes…
I had everything a kid could want.
A home. Food. Toys. Friends. Loving parents.
And it all equaled happiness.
Then my life went up in smoke.
Happiness no longer existed.
I trusted the wrong person.
And in a blink of an eye, the cruelty of the world reared its ugly head.
Four walls. Darkness.
My first love.
And people watching in the corners.
Now, I'm conditioned.
I need to watch.
I need to be watched.
No one understands the turmoil inside me.
And the one person who seems to calm it?
A little spitfire of a woman who released the strife I've been swallowing for eighteen years.
She made me realize how weak I was and how strong I needed to be.
To tackle my demons, I have to admit everything.
I have to trust and that's one thing that doesn't come easy for me.
Ruby shows me it's okay to let go, to let someone steer for a bit, to give up a little control.
So I let go. I let her have the reins.
The road is bumpy, a minefield of explosives with her debt and my pain.
Every chance she takes on me is a step I take to better myself.
Love is a surprise.
A dart that Ruby tossed, and it hit me in the middle of my chest.
I'm my own target. If there's one thing I can do, it's aim.

I’ve written my entire life. For most of it, I wrote political essays, speeches, literature, and other such things. Over the last two decades, I became an editor, then a researcher, formatter, ghostwriter, idea generator, and more for a variety of authors. I enjoy it a great deal. One day reading yet another review that cited passages I wrote for someone as proof of the quality of the writer whose name it was under, I decided to make the leap into fiction.
Lea Coll has revealed the cover for Falling for You, Annapolis Harbor Book 5!
Releasing August 31, 2021
When I landed my dream job, I didn't realize I'd be working with the one guy I've always avoided.
Caught off guard with a career-ending injury; he is the life and soul of every party, a likable, sociable guy on all accounts. His future relies on the success of the sports complex I've been hired to manage.
But…he doubts my capabilities from the get-go.
I'm tired of being underestimated, of having my capabilities judged by just my pretty face. This is my opportunity to prove everyone wrong, including Jonah.
I just never expected to fall for him, or to learn that Jonah isn't the man he pretends to be.
Now I'm not sure if I can handle the truth.
It only takes one injury to ruin your career and I'm not even sure I still have one. Investing in a sports complex made sense, until I realized that Callie was hired to manage it.
She's young, beautiful and has an alluring innocence I have to remind myself to ignore. As my teammate's personal assistant, Callie is off limits in more ways than one. She's straight out of college, has no experience and now my future lies in her hands.
The closer we work together, the more I become captivated by her. She's nothing like I expected her to be, but then we all hide behind masks.
If Callie learns the truth, both my future and my heart could be shattered.
Lea Coll worked as a trial attorney for over ten years. Now she stays home with her three children, plotting stories while fetching snacks and running them back and forth to activities. She enjoys the freedom of writing romance after years of legal writing.
