“Smells good.” Dallas dropped a kiss below my ear on his way past me to get creamer from the fridge.
“Muffins are almost done. We’re both about to find out whether or not I can flip an omelet.”
My temperature rose as he watched me intently from the edge of the island, his forearms holding his weight, coffee mug cradled between his hands. As the tip of his tongue appeared at the corner of his mouth, I had to look away. My insides were threatening to liquefy, and a pulse started beating between my thighs.
There was no reason for a single person to be so gorgeous, especially when they were also as talented as he was at procuring orgasms. It wasn’t fair.
I saw him shift out of the corner of my eye as I poured the scrambled eggs into a buttered skillet. I added a special blend of spinach, cream cheese, and artichoke hearts, motions faltering as the warmth of his body shifted behind me.
“Shh. Keep cooking.” His words were low and heavy, the heated breath of them caressing my lower back, his palms on my hips.
His hands slid down the outside of my legs, then under the hem of my nightshirt, fingertips stopping as he discovered I wasn’t wearing panties.
I couldn’t see his face, but I could feel his smirk. He pressed a kiss to my sensitive inner thigh. Which meant… he was on his knees. Behind me.
As my slow brain processed this information, Dallas’ warm tongue found my center without error, his strong fingers gripping my thighs.
“Oh, my God.” Uncooked egg splattered the counter as I dropped the rubber spatula. Lust roared through my body as he worked my core with his mouth, my eyes dropping closed, pleasure whipping through my body.
“Don’t you dare burn my eggs, Terror. I’m starving.”
