Series: Crescent Lake Winery #2
✔️ Sexy wedding planner with a whole lot of explaining to do
✔️Steamy, small town romance
✔️Second chance romance
✔️And lots and lots of make-up sex
When Stella Cavanaugh gets the chance to come home after a seven-year, self-imposed exile, she takes it. She was born to be a wedding planner, and she hopes creating her sister’s wedding might just earn her redemption with her family.
The only thing holding her back is the fear of running into Griffin James, the love of her life. Because she not only hurt her family, she destroyed their relationship. Burned it right to the ground. And she just doesn’t know if she can bear to find out he’s moved on. She sure hasn’t.
Griffin James has a roommate. The fourteen-year-old’s staying with him while his dad’s on deployment. Sounds simple, but the boy’s grandparents are looking for any excuse to pull him out of the clutches of the big, tattooed owner of a bike shop. If Griffin can just stay under their radar, everything should be fine.
But that’s just not possible when Stella bursts into their lives. Her sparkly spirit, her big, splashy ideas, and her impulsiveness always lead to disaster. He knew that…but he couldn’t resist her.
And now she’s on the run again, because…
The very things they love about each other are also what tear them apart.
I don’t know why I agreed to the stranger photo session when Ellie asked. It must have been that family thing. I’m not looking forward to it, but it’s a step toward getting myself back to the person I used to be. Before I lost my mom. Maybe. Meeting a stranger and doing something new is what I need to put some of this grief down.
I’m not expecting to turn around and be greeted with a man like Axel. He’s not the kind of guy I normally go for with his clean- cut appearance and perfectly tailored suit. Does he even have any tattoos? How does he knock me off balance? Why does he look at me like I’m his?
It’s probably just the stranger session. It’s acting. Doesn’t mean I can’t have a good time with him. It’s only one night.
Just one night…or so I thought.
I work too much, but it keeps the loneliness at bay and my head on straight. I almost punched my best friend and business partner when he told Steve that I’d do some stranger photo shoot. All I want to do is get the new club open and cement our new partnership with Steve. I guess part of doing that is making his family happy.
I wasn’t looking forward to it, but when I turn around and see Kali everything else ceases to exist. She has walls around her heart to protect the broken pieces. I’ll show her that I can help heal her. She might not be what I was keeping my eyes open for, but that doesn’t matter. With every moment I’m around her, I find she’s better than I ever dreamed.
I can tell by the look in her eyes that she thinks this is only one night, but I’ll prove one night turns into forever for us.
She’s the woman I’ve been waiting for.

She’s always been creative but writing and creating stories that she would love to read that satisfies the dreams she had as a little girl. She loves butterflies, the color purple and enjoying time with her family.Pssst…it’s totally a pen name, but everything above is 100% true.

Stone Under Skin (The Stone Series Book 1)
Ankit has lived many lifetimes. Once, long ago, he was made of stone and marked with symbols and sigils meant to safeguard him and allow him to protect and serve others. He’s a living gargoyle now, cursed to live as a human; always watching, at all times aware, and constantly searching for his fated one.
While walking home from his job as a librarian, Ethan Lewis is beaten and robbed. Ankit stumbles upon him and instantly recognizes him as the man he’s fated to. He helps him back to his apartment and, after tending his injuries, watches over him.
Fate has woven their lives together for centuries, but in every lifetime, they could never live freely or love each other as Ankit has often dreamed of. To change their destiny, they’ll fight together with other gargoyles and a young watcher who is unaware of the tremendous power she possesses. This will be the last battle against their creator, and they’ll either die fighting for their freedom or survive to live the life they’ve always yearned for.
